About Ronnel

Filipino artist living in Manila, Philippines. Ronnel works both in the animated film for 17 years, but also in the illustration of books, caricatures and the visual arts. In 2012, he decided to leave the animation industry to realize his dream in visual arts, including watercolor. His favorite subject is urban realism, with many paintings showing everyday life. in 2017, he won 3rd place at the GSIS National Art Competition in the Philippines, a national competition for all artists across the country, which makes him discover in the world of art in the Philippines.

At the same time, he works with the Cat's Family edition. He is the illustrator of a dozen games, including Numé Cat's 1 - The mathematical puzzles, Detective Mathéo, and Do not eat instructions Circus, which receives the EducaFlip prize in 2016, especially for the quality of illustrations. His most complex project is The Round of Emotions, with 32 faces drawn in real size with 6 emotions before the selection of 10 faces for the game.
